DataProtectionofficer.com provides Legal, Regulatory, compliance and operational consultancy services to organisations and the public on matters relating to The Data Protection Act of 1998 Our service can protect members of the public from privacy abuses and violations of their Data Protection Rights whilst for businesses our service to organisations provides consultancy services designed to ensure business operations, process and services comply with the Act. Members of the public can instruct us directly, from as little as £150 to act on their behalf in cases where they believe an organisation has infringed their Data Protection rights or have acted in breach of their privacy rights. We can also be instructed where members of the public seek to retrieve information held about them with an (ex) employer, Government agencies or regarding a decision made by any institution. Under the Subject Access Request (SAR) principle, we assist you to draft a SAR to reveal hidden information that may turn the case in your favour or force the other side to negotiate.
Business can instruct us from as little as £450 on privacy requirements relating to their business activities. Our range of services to businesses caters for start up companies to large multinational organisations and deals with all issues relating to safeguarding customer or staff data, as well as dealing with 3rd party suppliers.
