Privacy Breach Investigation

A privacy breach may have occurred when your confidential data has been handled in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 1998. As an individual you may only get to see the result of the privacy breach for example - identity theft, fraud, unsolicited marketing calls, distress from the exposure of your confidential data to unauthorized parties.
Identity Theft Investigation

Your confidential information makes up your identity. It contains your personal information, home details, financial details, health records and so on. These are also the details that identity theft gangs use to fraudulent attain documents like Birth certificate and passports which can then be used to services like bank accounts, financial services like loans and other credit facilities.
Drafting and requesting subject access request (SAR) under the Data Protection Act

We can assist you in drafting your SAR. SAR can be a very useful tool in establishing whether you have a case against an organisation or not.
